Essential cookies and local storage keep core shopping features working. This includes remembering the shopping bag, maintaining checkout security and saving the visitor's cookie preference.
These are needed to provide the online shop and cannot be switched off through the Somersets cookie banner.
Somersets uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages, products and journeys are useful. Analytics is not loaded unless a visitor selects “Accept analytics”.
Visitors can reject analytics and still use the shop. Rejecting analytics does not affect the bag, checkout or customer support routes.
Marketing cookies, retargeting pixels or advertising tags are not part of the current storefront setup.
If Somersets adds marketing tags later, they will be explained here and only loaded after appropriate consent.
